摘要：

易栓症指各种遗传性或获得性因素导致机体容易发生血栓形成和血栓栓塞的病理状态，是青少年猝死 的重要原因之一。易栓症相关血栓事件主要由遗传因素、获得性因素或两者共同引起。本文报道1例遗传性易栓症引 发急性肺栓塞患者的诊疗经过，以期为遗传性易栓症的临床诊治工作提供参考。

Abstract：

Thrombophilia refers to the pathological state in which the body is prone to thrombosis and thromboembolism due to various genetic or acquired factors, and is one of the important causes of sudden death in adolescents. Thrombotic events related to thrombophilia are mainly caused by genetic factors, acquired factors, or a combination of both. This article reports on the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with acute pulmonary embolism caused by hereditary thrombophilia, in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hereditary thrombophilia.
