摘要：

　慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种临床常见的呼吸系统疾病，常并发肺源性心脏病（PHD），故 早期诊断COPD并评估其严重程度非常重要。心电图技术可以反映心脏形态、功能改变，故对很多心脏病具有提示作 用。本文主要综述了心电图、动态心电图、心电散点图、心电向量图及频谱心电图在COPD并PHD中的应用进展，以 期为COPD并PHD的诊治提供一定参考。

Abstract：

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common clinical respiratory disease, which is often complicated with pulmonary heart disease (PHD) . Therefore, it is very important to diagnose COPD early and evaluate its severity. Electrocardiogram technology can reflect the changes of heart morphology and function, so it has a suggestive effect on many heart diseases. This article mainly reviews the application progress of electrocardiogram, dynamic electrocardiogram, electrocardiogram scatter plot, vectorcardiogram and spectrum electrocardiogram in COPD complicated with PHD, in order to provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD complicated with PHD.
