摘要:

恶性肿瘤患者是发生静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)的高危人群,而VTE的发生是导致患者预后不良的重要原 因。近年来,针对恶性肿瘤合并VTE的防治国内外开展了积极的研究,制定了相关指南来指导临床诊疗。胶质母细胞 瘤是一种常见的脑肿瘤,该病患者VTE的发病率约为其他类型肿瘤患者的2倍,同时患者也面临着较高的颅内出血风 险,这增加了临床医生对该类患者诊疗工作的难度。目前针对胶质母细胞瘤并发VTE的诊治尚缺乏相关指南,相关的 前瞻性研究也相对较少。本文总结了近年来胶质母细胞瘤并发VTE的相关研究,并对胶质母细胞瘤并发VTE的流行病 学、诊断、危险因素、生物标志物及治疗研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:

Patients with malignant tumors are at high risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE) , and the occurrence of VTE is an important cause of poor patient prognosis. In recent years, active researches have been carried out at domestic and international level on the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor combined with VTE, and relevant guidelines have been formulated to guide clinical treatment. Glioblastoma is a common brain tumor, the incidence of VTE in patients is about twice as high as that of other tumors, and patients are also at high risk of intracranial hemorrhage, which makes it difficult for clinicians to treat these patients. However, there is a lack of guideline documents for glioblastoma combined with VTE at present, and there are relatively few prospective clinical studies. This article summarizes relevant research on glioblastoma combined with VTE in recent years, and provides a review of the epidemiology, diagnosis, risk factors, biomarkers, and treatment research progress of glioblastoma combined with VTE.
