摘要：

肿瘤患者发生静脉血栓栓塞（VTE）临床常见，其主要治疗原则是抗凝和治疗肿瘤原发病。目前针对 肿瘤相关动脉血栓栓塞的研究较少，本文报道1例肝胆管细胞癌患者，其在持续抗凝治疗下仍反复发生脑动脉血栓栓 塞，为典型的特鲁索综合征病例，以提高临床医生对肿瘤相关动脉血栓栓塞的重视，并探索抗凝治疗策略。

Abstract：

Tumor patients have venous thromboembolism (VTE) is common in clinical condition, and the main treatment principles are anticoagulation and treatment of the tumor primary disease. At present, there is few studies on tumor related arterial thromboembolism. This article reports a patient with hepatobiliary duct cell carcinoma suffered recurrent cerebral arterial thromboembolism under continuous anticoagulation therapy, which is a typical case of Trousseou's syndrome, so as to raise clinicans' attention to tumor-related arterial thromboembolism and explore anticoagulant strategies.
