摘要：

福格特-小柳-原田综合征（VKHS）是少见的自身免疫性眼病，主要临床表现为头痛、眼葡萄膜炎、脑膜脑炎、皮肤毛发的改变及耳鸣、听力下降等，其发病机制复杂，临床表现不典型，极易误诊、漏诊。本文报道1例最初诊断为真菌性脑炎，最后确诊为VKHS患者的诊疗经过，并分析其延迟诊断原因，以期提高神经内科医生对该病的认识。

Abstract：

Voigt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome (VKHS) is a rare autoimmune eye disease. The main clinicalmanifestations are headache, uveitis, meningoencephalitis, changes in skin and hair, tinnitus, and hearing loss. Due to the complexpathogenesis of VKHS and atypical clinical manifestations, it is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed. This article reports thediagnosis and treatment process of a patient who was initially diagnosed as fungal encephalitis and finally diagnosed as VKHS,and analyzes the causes of delayed diagnosis, in order to improve the understanding of the disease by neurologists.
