摘要:

主动脉夹层(AD)是一种急性致命的心血管疾病,其发病率和死亡率均较高,可严重威胁患者的生命健康。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是一种不能编码蛋白质的RNA,其可广泛参与基因表达过程,且与AD发病机制密切相关。本研究综述了AD的发病机制、AD患者差异表达LncRNA及LncRNA在AD发病机制中的作用,发现LncRNA主要通过调控细胞外基质(ECM)的合成和降解、血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)表型转化及促进VSMCs凋亡、血管炎症而参与AD的发生发展,这为寻找AD的可能标志物及治疗靶点提供了新思路。

Abstract:

Aortic dissection (AD) is an acute and fatal cardiovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality, which can seriously threaten the life and health of patients. Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) is a kind of RNA that can not encode proteins. It can be widely involved in gene expression and is closely related to the pathogenesis of AD. This study reviews the pathogenesis of AD, the differential expression of LncRNA in AD patients and the role of LncRNA in the pathogenesis of AD, and find that LncRNA is mainly involved in the occurrence and development of AD by regulating the synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix (ECM) , phenotypic transformation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) and promoting VSMCs apoptosis and vascular inflammation, which provides new ideas for finding possible markers and therapeutic targets of AD.
