摘要:

脑卒中是导致全球范围内居民死亡和残疾的主要原因,其治疗和护理方面的经济负担巨大。大数据的运用可有效辅助脑卒中的诊断和治疗,降低疾病复发率和改善患者预后,为公共卫生政策的调整提供证据。本文介绍了大数据在脑卒中领域的应用优势及方法、国家大型数据库在脑卒中领域的应用,以期为临床医务人员运用大数据开展高质量的脑卒中临床和护理研究提供参考。

Abstract:

Stroke is the main cause of death and disability among residents worldwide, and the economic burden of stroke treatment and care is enormous. The application of big data can effectively assist the diagnosis and treatment of stroke, reduce disease recurrence rate and improve patients' prognosis, and provide evidence for the adjustment of public health policies. This article introduces the advantages and methods of big data application in the field of stroke, as well as the application of national large databases in the field of stroke, in order to provide reference for clinical medical personnel to use big data for highquality stroke clinical and nursing research.
