摘要:
脑室周围-脑室内出血(PVH-IVH)是早产儿常见的一种神经系统疾病,易造成多种并发症及后遗症,且临床诊治效果不佳。明确早产儿发生PVH-IVH的机制是目前该领域研究的热点和重点。大量证据表明,早产儿室管膜下胚胎生发基质(GM)和脑血流(CBF)自动调节系统发育情况与PVH-IVH发生密切相关。本文综述了早产儿发生PVH-IVH的机制,以期增加研究者和临床医生对PVH-IVH的认识,并为临床诊疗提供思路。
Abstract:
Periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhages (PVH-IVH) is a common nervous system disease in prematureinfants, which is easy to cause a variety of complications and sequelae, and has poor clinical diagnosis and treatment effect.Clarifying the mechanism of PVH-IVH in premature infants is the focus of research in this field. A large amount of evidenceshows that the development of the auto-regulating system of subependymal embryonic germinal matrix (GM) and cerebral bloodflow (CBF) in premature infants is closely related to the occurrence of PVH-IVH. This article reviews the mechanism of PVHIVH in premature infants, in order to improve the understanding of researchers and clinicians on PVH-IVH, and provide ideas forclinical diagnosis and treatment.
