摘要：

单细胞转录组测序（scRNA-seq）是在单细胞水平对全转录组进行扩增与测序的一项新技术。研究表明，scRNA-seq除了可以揭示心血管细胞多样性、鉴定干细胞分化轨迹及明确细胞间的通讯外，还可以描述心脏发育及遗传学图谱，进而有助于促进心血管研究领域取得突破性进展。本文主要综述了scRNA-seq的流程、应用扩展、与其他单细胞技术的比较及其在心血管疾病中的应用进展，旨在为心血管疾病发病机制及治疗靶点研究提供一定参考。

Abstract：

Single-cellRNAsequencing(scRNA-seq)isanewtechniquetoamplifyandsequencethewholetranscriptomeatthesinglecelllevel.Studieshaveshownthat,inadditiontorevealingcardiovascularcelldiversity,identifyingstemcelldifferentiationtracksandclarifyingcellularcommunication,scRNA-seqcanalsodescribecardiacdevelopmentandgeneticmaps,thuscontributingtobreakthroughsincardiovascularresearch.ThisarticlereviewsscRNA-seqprocesses,applicationextensions,andcomparisonwithothersingle-celltechnologiesandtheadvancesinitsapplicationincardiovasculardiseases,inordertoprovidereferenceforthestudyofpathogenesisandtherapeutictargetsofcardiovasculardiseases.
