可视化游戏在低龄儿童脉冲振荡肺功能检查中的应用效果

摘要:

目的 分析可视化游戏在低龄儿童脉冲振荡(IOS)肺功能检查中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2021-08-01至2022-07-20在清华大学附属北京清华长庚医院儿科门诊进行IOS肺功能检查的低龄儿童70例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组,各35例。对照组儿童进行常规IOS肺功能检查,干预组在对照组的基础上,在操作前、操作中、操作后利用可视化游戏辅助儿童完成IOS肺功能检查。比较两组完成检查时间、完成检查次数、儿童检查恐惧评分问卷评分。结果 干预组完成检查时间短于对照组,完成检查次数少于对照组,对检查环境、检查内容、医护操作的恐惧评分及儿童检查恐惧评分问卷总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将可视化游戏应用在IOS肺功能检查中,可缩短低龄儿童完成检查时间,减少完成检查次数,减轻对检查的恐惧感,从而提高其检查依从性和检查效率。

Abstract:

ObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationeffectofvisualgameinimpulseoscillometry(IOS)pulmonaryfunctionexaminationofyoungchildren.MethodsAtotalof70youngchildrenwhounderwentIOSpulmonaryfunctionexaminationfrom2021-08-01to2022-07-20inthePediatricDepartmentofBeijingTsinghuaChanggungHospitalAffiliatedtoTsinghuaUniversitywereselectedbyconveniencesamplingmethodastheresearchobjects.Theyweredividedintointerventiongroupandcontrolgroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod,with35casesineachgroup.ChildreninthecontrolgroupunderwentroutineIOSpulmonaryfunctionexamination;onthebasisofthecontrolgroup,visualgameswereusedtoassistchildrentocompleteIOSpulmonaryfunctionexaminationbefore,duringandafteroperationintheinterventiongroup.Theexaminationcompletiontime,examinationcompletiontimesandchildren'sfearofexaminationquestionnairescoreswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTheexaminationcompletiontimeintheinterventiongroupwasshorterthanthatinthecontrolgroup,examinationcompletiontimeswerelessthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthefearscoreofexaminationenvironment,examinationcontent,medicalcareoperationandthetotalscoreofchildren'sfearofexaminationquestionnairewerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTheapplicationofvisualgamesinIOSpulmonaryfunctionexaminationcanshortentheexaminationcompletiontimeofyoungchildren,reducetheexaminationcompletiontimesandthefearofexamination,andthusimprovetheexaminationcomplianceandefficiency.
