摘要:

外泌体是由细胞分泌的一种纳米级囊泡,其可以将功能性蛋白质、代谢物和核酸等物质转移至受体细胞,进而发挥细胞间的通讯作用。研究表明,脂肪干细胞向胞外分泌的小囊泡——脂肪干细胞源性外泌体(ADSCsExos)可以运输多种细胞成分并与靶细胞融合,介导局部和系统性的细胞间通讯,从而调节受体细胞生物学行为。此外,ADSCs-Exos还在许多疾病中显示出较大的治疗潜力。本文主要综述了ADSCs-Exos在伤口愈合、肥胖、糖尿病、COVID-19、肿瘤、神经退行性疾病及心血管疾病中的应用进展。

Abstract:

Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles secreted by cells, which can transfer functional proteins, metabolites, nucleic acids and other substances to recipient cells, thereby exerting intercellular communication. Studies have shown that small vesicles derived from adipose stem cells——adipose-derived stem cells-derived exosomes (ADSCs-Exos) can transport a variety of cellular components and fusion with target cells, mediating local and systemic intercellular communication, thereby regulating the biological behavior of receptor cells. In addition, ADSCs-Exos also have shown great therapeutic potential in many diseases. This article mainly reviews the application progress of ADSCs-Exos in wound healing, obesity, diabetes mellitus, COVID-19, tumors, neurodegenerative diseases and cardiovascular diseases.
