摘要：

间质性肺疾病（ILD）是一组主要累及肺间质和肺泡腔，并导致肺泡-毛细血管功能单位丧失的弥漫性肺疾病，其西医诊治尚存在一定局限性。近年来中医药辨证治疗ILD的优势越来越凸显。本文从肺络角度对ILD的病机、治疗总结如下：“肺虚络瘀”是ILD的基本病机，应以补肺通络法贯穿治疗全过程。

Abstract：

　Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a group of diffuse lung diseases that mainly involve the lung stroma and alveolar cavity, resulting in the loss of alveolar capillary functional units. There are still some limitations in the diagnosis and treatment of ILD in western medicine, and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the differentiation and treatment of ILD are becoming more and more prominent. This article summarizes the pathogenesis and treatment of ILD from the perspective of lung collaterals as follows: "lung deficiency and collateral stasis" is the basic pathogenesis of ILD, and the method of invigorating lung and dredging collaterals should be used throughout the whole treatment process.
