摘要：

颅内静脉窦血栓形成（CVST）是一种临床上少见的脑卒中类型，好发于中青年人群，尤其是妊娠期及产褥期女性，其临床症状无特异性，极易漏诊。本文报道1例产褥期CVST患者的诊疗经过，并通过文献复习分析该病的发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后，以期为该类患者的诊疗提供参考。分析表明，产褥期出现颅内高压症状和神经功能障碍的患者，应考虑CVST的可能，且及早、足量使用抗凝药物对抑制疾病发展和改善患者预后有重要作用。

Abstract：

【Abstract】 Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a clinically rare type of stroke, which occurs in young and middle-aged people, especially women during pregnancy and puerperium. This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of a puerperal CVST patient, and analyzes the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease through literature review, in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of such patients. The analysis shows that patients with intracranial hypertension symptoms and neurological dysfunction in the puerperium should consider the possibility of CVST, and the early and adequate use of anticoagulant drugs plays an important role in inhibiting the development of the disease and improving the prognosis of patients.
