Abstract:

【Abstract】 Bronchial asthma (hereinafter referred to as asthma) , as one of the chronic respiratory diseases with high clinical incidence, often affects the normal life of patients in the form of acute attacks. The pathogenesis of asthma can be roughly divided into airway immune-inflammatory mechanism and neuromodulation mechanism, and inflammation progression and neuromodulation can also interact with each other, and then jointly participate in the development of the disease. In recent years, with the continuous enrichment of researches related to the respiratory neuropeptide network, the research focus of asthma pathogenesis has gradually shifted from immune-inflammatory mechanisms to neuromodulation mechanisms. As one of the external treatment methods guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, acupoint therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of acute asthma attack. Based on the emerging theory of neural receptor imbalance, this paper explores the neuromolecular mechanism of acupoint therapy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. It is believed that acupoint therapy can precisely act on the airway-related nerves and regulate the release and expression of related nerve molecules in both directions, thereby controlling the asthma attacks and improving the quality of life of patients while relieving their pain.
