摘要：

肺动脉高压是一种以呼吸困难、胸痛等为主要临床症状的常见病，其诊断及治疗困难，预后极差，患者多因右心衰竭死亡。因此，右心功能在一定程度上决定了肺动脉高压患者的危险分层、生存状况及预后。近年来随着超声心动图技术发展，其评估右心室功能的准确性不断提高，且其能够对右心疾病患者进行危险分层及提供预后信息。本文主要综述了超声心动图在肺动脉高压患者右心功能评估中的应用进展。

Abstract：

【Abstract】　Pulmonary hypertension is a common disease with dyspnea and chest pain as the main clinical symptoms. It is difficult to diagnose and treat, and the prognosis is very poor. Most patients die of right heart failure. Therefore, the right heart function determines the risk stratification, survival and prognosis of patients with pulmonary hypertension to some extent. In recent years, with the development of echocardiography technology, its accuracy in evaluating right ventricular function has been continuously improved, and it can provide risk stratification and prognostic information for patients with right heart disease. This article reviews the application of echocardiography in the evaluation of right ventricular function in patients with pulmonary hypertension.
