脑脊液二代测序技术确诊单核细胞增生李斯特菌脑膜炎两例报道

摘要:

单核细胞增生李斯特菌脑膜炎临床少见,病死率高,传统检测方法不易获得其病原学证据,且单核细胞增生李斯特菌对头孢菌素类抗生素天然耐药,因而其早期诊断与精准治疗仍是临床面临的挑战。二代测序技术使得单核细胞增生李斯特菌脑膜炎病原菌检出率不断提高,本文报道2例通过脑脊液二代测序成功确诊单核细胞增生李斯特菌脑膜炎病例,并及时给予合理抗菌药物治疗,患者预后良好,以期为临床提供参考。

Abstract:

Listeria monocytogenes meningitis is a rare disease with high mortality. Traditional detection methodsare difficult to obtain its etiological evidence and Listeria monocytogenes are naturally resistant to cephalosporin antibiotics.Therefore, its early diagnosis and precise treatment are still clinical challenges. Next-generation sequencing technology improvesthe detection rate of Listeria monocytogenes meningitis. In order to provide clinical reference, this article reports two cases ofListeria monocytogenes meningitis who successfully detected by next-generation sequencing technology of cerebrospinal fluid,timely treated with reasonable antibiotics and had good prognosis.
