非小细胞肺癌组织中肽基精氨酸脱亚胺酶4、鸟苷酸结合蛋白1 表达与患者临床病理特征的关系研究

摘要:

目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中肽基精氨酸脱亚胺酶4(PADI4)、鸟苷酸结合蛋白1(GBP1)表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法 选取2015年1月至2018年1月延安大学附属医院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者119例。取所有患者非小细胞肺癌组织、癌旁组织进行研究,比较PADI4与GBP1在非小细胞肺癌患者不同组织中的表达情况,分析非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4、GBP1表达与患者临床病理特征的关系及PADI4与GBP1在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达的相关性。结果 非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4、GBP1阳性率高于癌旁组织(P <0.05)。鳞癌患者非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4阳性率高于腺癌患者,有吸烟史患者非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4阳性率高于无吸烟史患者,高分化及中分化患者非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4阳性率分别高于低分化患者,无淋巴结转移患者非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4阳性率高于有淋巴结转移患者,Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期患者非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4阳性率分别高于Ⅰ期患者及Ⅳ期患者(P <0.05)。腺癌患者非小细胞肺癌组织中GBP1阳性率高于鳞癌患者,有吸烟史患者非小细胞肺癌组织中GBP1阳性率高于无吸烟史患者,中分化患者非小细胞肺癌组织中GBP1阳性率高于高分化及低分化患者(P <0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4与GBP1的表达有相关性(χ2=5.227,P =0.022)。结论 非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4、GBP1表达与患者病理类型、吸烟史、肿瘤分化程度有关,此外非小细胞肺癌组织中PADI4表达与患者淋巴结转移情况、TNM分期有关,提示PADI4与GBP1在非小细胞肺癌筛查、诊断、预后以及治疗指导方面均有一定意义。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of peptidylarginine deiminase 4 (PADI4) andguanylate-binding protein 1 (GBP1) in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics of patients. Methods  A total of 119 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital from January 2015to January 2018 were selected. The non-small cell lung cancer tissue and adjacent tissue of all patients were taken for research. Theexpression of PADI4 and GBP1 in different tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer were compared. The relationship betweenPADI4, GBP1 expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics of patients, and the correlation ofPADI4 and GBP1 expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were analyzed. Results The positive rates of PADI4 and GBP1 innon-small cell lung cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues (P < 0.05) . The positive rate of PADI4 in non-small celllung cancer tissues of patients with squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of patients with adenocarcinoma, the positive rate ofPADI4 in non-small cell lung cancer patients with smoking history was higher than that in patients without smoking history, the positive rates of PADI4 in non-small cell lung cancer of well-differentiated and moderately differentiated patients were higher than those of poorlydifferentiated patients, respectively, the positive rate of PADI4 in non-small cell lung cancer of patients without lymph node metastasiswas higher than that of patients with lymph node metastasis, the positive rates of PADI4 in non-small cell lung cancer of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲpatients were higher than those of stage Ⅰand Ⅳ patients, respectively P( < 0.05) . The positive rate of GBP1 in non-small cell lung cancertissues of patients with adenocarcinoma was higher than that of patients with squamous cell carcinoma, the positive rate of GBP1 in nonsmallcell lung cancer tissues of patients with smoking history was higher than that of patients without smoking history, and the positive rateof GBP1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues of moderately differentiated patients was higher than that of well-differentiated and poorlydifferentiated patients (P < 0.05) . There was a correlation between the expressions of PADI4 and GBP1 in non-small cell lung cancertissues (χ2=5.227,P =0.022) . Conclusion The expressions of PADI4 and GBP1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissure are related totissue differentiation degree. In addition, the expression of PADI4 in non-small cell lung cancer tissue is related to lymph node metastasisand TNM stage of patients, suggesting that PADI4 and GBP1 have certain significance in the screening, diagnosis, prognosis and treatmentguidance of non-small cell lung cancer
