摘要:

【摘要】 在临床工作中,有效处理突发情况是PCI顺利实施的保障。经冠状动脉起搏(TCP)是将起搏器负极 与经皮冠状动脉腔内血管成形术(PTCA)中的导丝连接,正极与刺入皮下的注射器针头连接,通过冠状动脉临时起 搏心脏。TCP常用于PCI中心动过缓、心脏骤停或手术意外等情况的处理。本文基于国内外相关文献,综述了TCP的概 念、安全性、可行性及临床应用,并指出TCP在临床应用中存在的问题,以期提高临床医生对该临时起搏方式的认识。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 In clinical work, effectively handling emergencies is the guarantee for the smooth implementation of PCI. Transcoronary pacing (TCP) is the connection between the negative electrode of the pacemaker and the guide wire in percutaneous intraluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) , and the positive pole is connected to the needle of the syringe pierced subcutaneously, and the heart is temporarily paced through the coronary artery. It is used for the timely rescue of bradycardia, cardiac arrest or surgical accidents during PCI. Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper reviews the concept, safety, feasibility and clinical application of TCP, and points out the problems existing in the clinical application of TCP, in order to improve the understanding of clinicians on the temporary pacing mode.
