【摘要】 原发性高血压(EH)是一种常见的遗传和环境因素共同作用的疾病,尽管近年来降压药的研发日新 月异,但其发病率仍居高不下,发病机制尚未完全明确。本文就基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学在EH中 的应用展开综述,旨在从分子层面阐述EH的发生发展机制,为其早诊早治、风险评估、精准治疗及靶器官损伤预测提 供新的思路。
Abstract:
【Abstract】 Essential hypertension (EH) is a common disease caused by genetic and environmental factors. Despite the rapid development of antihypertensive drugs in recent years, the incidence of EH is still high and the pathogenesis is not fully understood. In this paper, we reviewed the application of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics in EH, aiming to explain the occurrence and development mechanism of EH at the molecular level, and provide new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment, risk assessment, precision treatment and target organ damage prediction.
