Abstract:
Type 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) is a new type of non-B lymphocyte cell and non-T lymphocyte celllymphoid cells, which can participate in the occurrence of bronchial asthma independently or together with Th2 cells. ILC2s ismainly related to the occurrence and acute attack of allergic bronchial asthma. With the deepening of research, the pathogenesisof bronchial asthma patients with different airway inflammation phenotypes is different, which makes them have differentclinical characteristics and treatment methods. This article mainly introduces the ILC2s origin, airway inflammation phenotypesof bronchial asthma, and the role of ILC2s in different airway inflammation phenotypes of bronchial asthma. Therefore, it isconcluded that ILC2s plays different roles in different airway inflammation phenotypes of bronchial asthma. Studying its specificmechanism can further provide new directions and new ideas for the treatment of bronchial asthma.
