宏基因组二代测序诊断赤曲霉所致侵袭性肺曲霉菌病一例报道并文献复习

摘要:

赤曲霉是一种海洋来源的丝状真菌,在室内环境及灰尘中被广泛报道。然而迄今为止,赤曲霉对人类的致病性尚不清楚。本文报道了1例赤曲霉感染所致侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者,其通过宏基因组二代测序(mNGS)确诊。这是首个应用mNGS从临床样本中直接检测到赤曲霉的报道,与传统病原学诊断方法相比,mNGS在发现罕见病原体方面具有优势,在感染性疾病诊断和治疗中的临床应用前景广阔。

Abstract:

Aspergillus ruber belongs toa genus of marine filamentous fungus that is prevalent in indoor dustyenvironments. However, the pathogenicity of aspergillus ruber to humans is unclear to date. This paper reports a case of invasivepulmonary aspergillosis caused by aspergillus ruber that is diagnosed by metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) . Toour knowledge, this is the first report of direct detection of aspergillus ruber from clinical samples using mNGS. Compared withtraditional etiological diagnosis methods, mNGS has advantages in finding rare pathogens, and has broad prospects for clinicalapplication in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
