摘要:

慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压(CTEPH)患者若不积极治疗,极易引起右心功能衰竭,严重影响其生存与生活质量。CTEPH的主要病理生理学特点为血栓栓塞和肺血管重塑,但其发生发展机制目前尚未阐明且较为复杂,难以在体外进行模拟。因此,CTEPH动物模型的建立至关重要。本文主要分析了现有的CTEPH啮齿类动物模型的制备方法及特点,以期为探讨CTEPH的发病机制、早期预警及个体化防治策略提供基础。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) , if not actively treated, willdevelop to right heart dysfunction, which will seriously affect their survival and quality of life. The main pathophysiologicalfeatures of CTEPH are thromboembolism and pulmonary vascular remodeling. However, the mechanism of CTEPH is complexand has not been elucidated. Therefore, the establishment of animal models of CTEPH is crucial. This review mainly analyzes thepreparation methods and characteristics of the current CTEPH rodent models, in order to provide a basis for the exploration of thepathogenesis, early warning and individual treatment of CTEPH.
