摘要:
帕金森病是一种慢性进展性神经系统退行性疾病,黑质多巴胺神经元的变性死亡是其主要病理特征,但引起这一病理特征的具体机制尚不明确。线粒体是细胞的能量“工厂”,近年来线粒体功能障碍与帕金森病的关系成为研究热点。本文将从线粒体自噬障碍、线粒体复合物Ⅰ损伤、氧化应激以及减少α-突触核蛋白聚集等方面分析线粒体功能障碍与帕金森病的关系以及中医药对其干预作用,以期为帕金森病的中西医诊断与治疗提供新的策略。
Abstract:
【Abstract】 Parkinson's disease is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease, and degenerative death ofsubstantia nigra dopamine neurons is its main pathological feature. But the specific mechanism that causes this pathologicalchange is unclear. Mitochondria are the energy "factory" of cells, and in recent years, the relationship between mitochondrialdysfunction and Parkinson's disease has become a hot topic of research. In this paper, we will analyze the correlation betweenmitochondrial dysfunction and Parkinson's disease from the aspects of mitochondrial autophagy, mitochondrial complex Ⅰ injury,oxidative stress and α-synuclein aggregation, as well as the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to providea new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease by traditional Chinese and western medicine.
