摘要:
动脉粥样硬化易损斑块破裂继发血栓栓塞是心脑血管事件发生的基础,而炎症反应在此过程中发挥了重要作用。临床研究表明,炎症生物标志物可为易损斑块提供一定诊断价值,分子影像学技术具有检测易损斑块炎症的潜力,二者对于评估斑块性质并进一步预防心脑血管疾病的发生和发展具有重要作用。本文主要综述了炎症生物标志物和分子影像学技术在动脉粥样硬化易损斑块评价中的应用,以期为动脉粥样硬化易损斑块的识别提供参考。
Abstract:
【Abstract】 Thromboembolism secondary to rupture of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque is the basis of cardiovascularand cerebrovascular disease events, and inflammatory response plays an important role in this process. Clinical studies haveshown that inflammatory biomarkers can provide diagnostic value for vulnerable plaques, and molecular imaging technologyhas the potential to detect inflammation in vulnerable plaques, both of which are important for evaluating plaque properties andfurther preventing the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This paper mainly reviews theapplication of inflammatory biomarkers and molecular imaging technology in the evaluation of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques,in order to provide reference for the identification of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques.
