线粒体自噬与肺动脉高压的关系及其在巨噬细胞代谢重编程中作用的研究进展

摘要:

肺动脉高压的发病率及死亡率均较高,巨噬细胞极化在其发生发展中发挥重要作用,并且可能与线粒体功能及线粒体自噬有关。本文介绍了线粒体自噬相关内容,叙述了线粒体自噬与肺动脉高压的关系及其在巨噬细胞代谢重编程中的作用,并指出线粒体自噬可能通过促进巨噬细胞代谢向糖酵解方向转化而在肺动脉高压的发生发展中发挥作用。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 The morbidity and mortality of pulmonary arterial hypertension are high, and macrophage polarization playsan important role in its occurrence and development, and may be related to mitochondrial function and mitophagy. This articleintroduces the content of mitophagy, describes the relationship between mitophagy and pulmonary hypertension and its role in themetabolic reprogramming of macrophages, and points out that mitophagy may play a role in the occurrence and development ofpulmonary hypertension by promoting the conversion of macrophage metabolism to glycolysis.
