摘要：

急性脑梗死患者多表现为偏瘫、失语等急性局灶性神经功能缺损症状，少数患者以精神行为异常为首发表现，故易造成漏诊、误诊。本文分析4例以精神行为异常为首发表现的急性脑梗死患者的诊疗经过，以期提高临床医生的诊疗水平。

Abstract：

【Abstract】 Most acute cerebral infarction patients show symptoms of acute focal neurological deficit such as hemiplegiaand aphasia, and a few patients show psychiatric behavior abnormality as the first manifestation, so it is easy to cause misseddiagnosis and misdiagnosis. This paper analyzes the diagnosis and treatment of 4 acute cerebral infarction patients with abnormalpsychiatric behavior as the first manifestation, in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of clinicians.
