摘要：

肺动脉高压（PAH）属于典型的慢性严重心肺疾病，其主要病理特征是肺血管结构和功能异常，进而导致肺动脉管腔进行性狭窄、闭塞，肺血管阻力不断升高，最终导致患者出现右心衰竭。目前，靶向药物可以改善PAH患者的生活质量，但长期疗效和预后仍不佳。近年随着诊断水平的提高，越来越多的PAH患者得到诊断，而通过中医药干预PAH也成为研究热点。本文主要对中医药治疗PAH的研究进行综述，以提高临床医生对PAH的认识。

Abstract：

【Abstract】 Pulmonary hypertension (PAH) is a typical chronic severe cardiopulmonary disease. Its main pathologicalfeature is abnormal pulmonary vascular structure and function, which leads to progressive stenosis and occlusion of pulmonaryartery lumen, increasing pulmonary vascular resistance, and finally leads to right heart failure. At present, targeted drugs canimprove the quality of life of PAH patients, but the long-term efficacy and prognosis are still poor. In recent years, with theimprovement of diagnostic level, more and more PAH patients have been diagnosed, and the intervention of PAH throughtraditional Chinese medicine has also become a research hotspot. This paper mainly reviews the research of traditional Chinesemedicine in the treatment of PAH, in order to improve the clinicians' understanding of PAH.
