摘要：

随着影像技术的不断发展,研究者发现小脑供血动脉存在较高的变异率,其中以小脑后下动脉解剖变异多见,但由于小脑前下动脉变异导致小脑后下动脉区域梗死却鲜有报道。小脑供血动脉直径较小,且MRA及CTA检查对小血管的敏感性较低,常需要DSA检查进一步明确其变异情况。本文报道1例经DSA检查发现小脑前下动脉闭塞导致的小脑后下动脉区域梗死患儿,旨在增加临床工作者对小脑血管变异的认识。

Abstract：

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of imaging technology, researchers have found that there is a highvariability in the cerebellar artery, among which the anatomical variation of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery is more common.However, there are few reports about the infarction of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery caused by the variation of the anteriorinferior cerebellar artery. The diameter of cerebellar artery is small, and MRA and CTA examination are less sensitive for smallvessels, and DSA is often needed to further clarify its variation. In this paper, we report a child who underwent DSA examinationand found the infarction of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery caused by occlusion of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery, inorder to increase the understanding of cerebellar vascular variation among clinical workers.
