摘要:
小胶质细胞是中枢神经系统(CNS)的免疫细胞,监视CNS免受损伤在神经发育过程中也起着重要作用。血管新生在缺血性脑卒中和肿瘤等疾病中发挥着重要作用,调控血管新生已成为这些疾病的潜在治疗靶点。在神经发育及CNS疾病的发生、发展过程中,小胶质细胞与血管新生均有着密切联系。然而,目前对于小胶质细胞在CNS疾病血管新生中的作用研究有限。因此,本文回顾了生理和病理状态下小胶质细胞与血管生成和血管新生相互作用的研究,表明小胶质细胞可能通过不同通路诱导CNS发育期的血管生成及不同疾病状态下的血管新生,以期为今后CNS疾病治疗寻找新的靶点。
Abstract:
【Abstract】 Microglia are immune cells of the central nervous system (CNS) . They monitor the CNS from damage andalso play an important role in the process of neural development. Angiogenesis plays an important role in ischemic stroke and tumor.Regulating angiogenesis has become a potential therapeutic target for these diseases. Microglia are closely related to angiogenesisin the process of neurodevelopment and the occurrence and development of CNS diseases. However, there is limited research on therole of microglia in CNS disease angiogenesis. Therefore, this paper reviews the research on the interaction between microglia andangiogenesis in physiological and pathological states, suggesting that microglia may induce angiogenesis in developmental stage anddifferent disease states through different pathways, in order to find new targets for the treatment of CNS diseases in the future.
