摘要:

细胞焦亡是一种以焦孔素家族蛋白为效应蛋白的炎性程序性细胞死亡方式,近来研究发现焦亡可能同动脉粥样硬化的发生、进展、转归密切相关。非编码RNA主要包括微小RNA、长链非编码RNA和环状RNA,可通过多种方式调控细胞焦亡相关分子。本文主要对非编码RNA调控细胞焦亡在动脉粥样硬化中作用机制的最新进展进行综述,旨在为动脉粥样硬化发病机制和诊疗研究提供新思路。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Pyroptosis is an inflammatory programmed cell death which use gasdermin family proteins aseffector proteins. Recent studies have revealed that pyroptosis may be related to the occurrence, progression and outcome ofatherosclerosis. Non-coding RNAs mainly include micro RNAs, long non-coding RNAs and circle RNAs, which can regulatepyroptosis in various ways. In this paper, the latest progress in the mechanism of non-coding RNA-regulated pyroptosis. Thisarticle reviews mechanism of non-coding RNA-regulated pyroptosis in atherosclerosis, aiming to provide new ideas for the studyof the pathogenesis and diagnosis of atherosclerosis.
