摘要:

心房颤动是临床上常见的心律失常,易导致心力衰竭、脑卒中等不良事件。目前临床上将导管消融术 作为心房颤动的一线治疗方案,但在临床实践中存在术后复发率高的问题。为了在术前评估心房颤动患者接受导管消 融术后复发风险,研究者开发了多种风险预测模型。本文比较了不同风险预测模型的适用条件及其对心房颤动患者进 行风险分层的灵敏度和特异度,并分析了目前风险预测模型可能存在的不足,以为导管消融术前心房颤动复发风险预 测模型的选择及改良提供一定参考。

Abstract:

Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia in clinic, which can easily lead to adverse events, such as heart failure, stroke and so on. At present, catheter ablation is used as the first-line treatment for atrial fibrillation, but it has a high recurrence rate in clinical practice. Researchers have developed a variety of risk prediction models to assess the risk of recurrence in patients with atrial fibrillation after catheter ablation before surgery. This paper compares the application conditions of different risk prediction models and the sensitivity and specificity of risk stratification for patients with atrial fibrillation, and analyzes the possible shortcomings of current risk prediction models, so as to provide some reference for the selection and improvement of risk prediction models for recurrence of atrial fibrillation before catheter ablation.
