摘要：

左心发育不全综合征（HLHS）是最复杂的先天性心脏病类型之一，其致死率极高，且猝死多发生在 新生儿出生后第1 个月内。姑息手术和心脏移植是HLHS 的两大治疗措施，但二者各有局限；新近干细胞疗法逐渐在 HLHS 治疗领域崭露头角。本文主要综述了间充质干细胞、脐带血来源单核细胞、心肌球源性细胞及心脏干/ 祖细胞 等干细胞疗法在HLHS 治疗领域的研究进展，并通过分析相关研究发现干细胞疗法治疗HLHS 是安全、可行的，但目 前研究集中于干细胞疗法对心功能尤其是右心功能的改善效果，如何精准达到理想的心肌组织修复再生仍需进一步研 究探讨。

Abstract：

Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) is one of the most complex congenital heart diseases with high mortality, especially in the first month after birth. Palliative surgery and heart transplantation are two major treatment strategies for HLHS, but each of them has its own limitations. Recently, stem cell therapy is emerging in the field of HLHS. This paper aims to review the research progress of stem cell therapy in the field of HLHS treatment, such as mesenchymal stem cells, umbilical cord blood derived stem cells, cardiomyocyte derived stem cells, cardiac stem cells and cardiac progenitor cells. We found that stem cell therapy is safe and feasible in the field of HLHS treatment through the analysis of related studies. However, the current researches mainly focus on the improvement effect of stem cell therapy on cardiac function, especially right ventricular function and how to accurately achieve the ideal myocardial tissue repairment and regeneration still needs further research.
