摘要：

背景　近几年，头痛发病率越来越高，年龄趋于年轻化，治疗上，西药不良反应多、复发性高，患者依从性差，常达不到预期的治疗效果，因此中医治疗头痛引起人们的重视。中医从整体观念出发，以辨证论治为原则，根据个体差异予以不同的方药治疗，而总结中医治疗头痛的用药规律十分重要。目的　运用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）软件，分析应用中药方剂治疗头痛的用药规律。方法　收集中国知网（CNKI）中治疗头痛的有效方剂，以“头痛”“偏头痛”“紧张型头痛”“神经性头痛”为关键词并含“中医”进行搜索，检索 2014 年 1 月—2019 年 10 月相关的文献，筛选有效方剂 214 首。基于中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）软件，建立治疗头痛的组方数据库，采用平台中的“数据分析”系统进行数据挖掘。结果　治疗头痛的 214 首有效方剂涉及中药 243 味。用药频次居于前 5 位的中药分别是川芎（149次）、甘草（122 次）、白芍（94 次）、当归（88 次）、白芷（78 次）。四气：温性中药用药频次最高，占 40.86%（1 048/2 565），其次是寒、平、凉、热；五味：辛味中药用药频次最高，占 33.70%（1 315/3 902），其次是甘、苦、酸、咸、涩；归经：主要以肝、脾、心为主。挖掘出核心组合 16 个，新方 8 首。结论　治疗头痛常用活血化瘀类中药，多与益气补血止痛类药物同用，为临床诊疗头痛提供方法及思路，也为进一步研发新药提供参考。

Abstract：

Background　In recent years，the incidence of headache is getting higher and higher，and the age isgetting younger.In terms of treatment，western medicine has many side effects，high recurrence，poor patient compliance，and the curative effect often fails to achieve the expected results.Therefore，the treatment of headache by Chinese medicinehas attracted people's attention.Based on the overall concept，the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment withindividual differences is given to different prescriptions.It is very important to summarize the rules of traditional Chinese medicinefor headache.Objective　To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of headache based onthe Assistant Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance （V2.5）.Methods　The effective prescriptions for treatingheadaches in CNKI were collected.The keywords "headache" "migraine" "tense headache"，and "neurological headache" with"Chinese medicine" were searched.The search was performed from January 2014 to October 2019，214 effective prescriptionswere selected.Based on the Assistant Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance （V2.5），a prescription database forheadache treatment was established，and the data analysis system in the platform was used for data mining.Results　There were214 effective prescriptions for treating headache，involving 243 flavors of Chinese medicine.The top five Chinese medicines wereLigusticum chuanxiong Hort （149 times），Licorice （122 times），Paeoniae Radix Alba （94 times），Angelica sinensis （88times），and Angelica dahurica （78 times）.Siqi：warm Chinese medicines had the highest frequency，accounting for 40.86%（1 048/2 565），followed by cold，flat，cool，and hot；Wuwei：spicy Chinese medicines had the highest frequency，accounting for 33.70%（1 315/3 902），followed by sweet，bitter，sour，salty，and astringent；mainly liver：liver，spleenand heart.16 core combinations and 8 new ones were excavated.Conclusion　Traditional Chinese medicines for promoting bloodcirculation and removing blood stasis are commonly used in the treatment of headache.Most of them are used together with YiqiBuxue Analgesics to treat headache，which providing methods and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of headache，andproviding references for further development of new drugs.
