摘要：

急性冠脉综合征（ACS）、卒中是临床常见的心脑血管急症，二者有着许多相似的危险因素，且卒中合并 ACS 较常见，但卒中合并 ACS 的具体机制目前尚不完全明确。深入研究卒中与 ACS 的关系具有十分重要的临床意义，本文主要综述了卒中合并 ACS 的流行病学、危险因素、病理机制及治疗，以期为提高临床卒中合并 ACS 诊治水平提供参考。

Abstract：

Acute coronary syndrome and stroke are common clinical cardiovascular and cerebrovascularemergencies，there are many similar risk factors between acute coronary syndrome and stroke，and stroke accompanied withacute coronary syndrome is relatively common on clinic，however the specific mechanism of stroke accompanied with acutecoronary syndrome in not yet clear so far. It is with important clinical significance of in-depth study on the relationship betweenstroke and acute coronary syndrome，this paper mainly reviewed the epidemiology，risk factors，pathogenesis and treatmentof stroke accompanied with acute coronary syndrome，in order to provide a reference for improving the clinical diagnostic andtherapeutic level.
