摘要:

心肌梗死等原因导致心脏损伤后,受损的心肌细胞被纤维组织所取代并导致心脏泵功能损伤,最终进展为心力衰竭。目前,心肌梗死等心血管疾病的治疗重点是防止进展为心力衰竭,而终末期心力衰竭患者只能通过心脏移植才能存活。近几十年来众多科学家一直坚持不懈地追求修复受损心脏和改善心脏功能的方法。本文主要综述了心脏再生治疗的最新研究进展、局限性和发展前景。

Abstract:

Damaged cardiomyocytes will be lost and replaced by fibrous tissue after heart injury caused by myocardialinfarction and other diseases,which may result in impaired pumping function of heart and eventually progress to heart failure.Preventing the progression to heart failure is the focus of treatment of cardiovascular disease(such as myocardial infarction),however patients with end-stage heart failure can only being survived through a heart transplantation. A lot of scientists have beenunremittingly pursuing ways to repair damaged hearts and improve heart function in recent decades. This paper mainly reviewedthe latest research progress,limitation and prospects of cardiac regeneration therapy.
