摘要：

单硝酸异山梨酯属硝酸酯类药物，主要作用机制为扩张静脉容量血管、外周阻力血管，降低心脏前后负荷，减少心肌耗氧量等，主要用于治疗冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死、心力衰竭等心血管疾病。不同剂型单硝酸异山梨酯药动学不同，而单硝酸异山梨酯注射液具有剂量准确、起效快、生物利用度高等特点，且有效性较好、安全性较高。本文主要综述了单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗心血管疾病的有效性及安全性，以期为临床科学、合理地应用该药提供参考。

Abstract：

Isosorbide mononitrate，as one kind of nitrates，mainly used in treating cardiovascular disease，suchas coronary heart disease，angina pectoris，myocardial infarction and heart failure. Major action mechanism of isosorbidemononitrate involves dilating venous volume vessels and peripheral resistance vessels，reducing cardiac anteroposterior loadand myocardial oxygen consumption. Different dosage forms of isosorbide mononitrate have different pharmacokinetics，howeverisosorbide mononitrate injection has some characteristics of accurate dose，rapid onset，high bioavailability and so on，thus it iseffective and safe on clinic. This paper mainly reviewed the effectiveness and safety of isosorbide mononitrate injection in treatingcardiovascular disease，in order to provide a reference for its scientific and reasonable application on clinic.
