摘要：

心血管疾病是我国最常见的疾病之一，其中心肌梗死更是严重影响人们的健康。炎症反应在心肌梗死发生发展和患者预后中有着极其重要的作用。研究发现，高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)是一种新型炎症因子，在细胞外空间中作为一种损伤相关分子模式分子而参与心肌梗死炎症反应的全过程。本文简述了HMGB1的结构、亚型及作用通路，归纳了HMGB1在心肌梗死发生发展过程中的作用机制及其靶向治疗研究进展，以期为心肌梗死相关研究及治疗提供参考和思路。

英文摘要：

CardiovasculardiseaseisoneofthemostcommondiseasesinChina,amongwhichmyocardialinfarctionhasaseriousimpactonpeople'shealth.Inflammatoryreactionplaysanextremelyimportantroleintheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofmyocardialinfarctionandtheprognosisofpatients.Ithasbeenfoundthathighmobilitygroupbox1(HMGB1)isanewinflammatoryfactor,whichparticipatesinthewholeprocessofmyocardialinfarctioninflammatoryreactionasadamageassociatedmolecularpatternsmoleculeintheextracellularspace.Thisarticlebrieflydescribesthestructure,subtypeandpathwayofHMGB1,summarizesthemechanismofactionofHMGB1intheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofmyocardialinfarctionand theresearchprogressofitstargetedtherapy,inordertoprovidereferenceandideasfortheresearchandtreatmentofmyocardialinfarction.
