摘要：

随着现代医学诊疗技术的提升,冠状动脉微循环障碍(CMD)作为心绞痛的一个重要病因进入人们的视野,成为心血管疾病中不可忽视的一部分。众多临床研究表明,CMD持续导致患者胸痛症状,并且与心血管疾病不良结局的发生有关。本文回顾了CMD的相关文献,分析了冠心病常规治疗方案对于CMD患者的影响,指出了该领域的前瞻性研究方向。

英文摘要：

【Abstract】 With the development of modern medical technology, coronary microcirculation dysfunction (CMD) isknown as an important disease of angina. It has also become an important part of cardiovascular disease. Numerous clinical studieshave shown that CMD consistently causes chest pain in patients and is associated with adverse cardiovascular outcomes. Combinedwith the latest relevant literature of CMD, this paper summarizes the drug treatment, non drug treatment and daily management ofCMD, and points out the future research direction in this field.
