摘要：

肠道菌群和人体相互作用与多种疾病的发病机制有关。近年随着临床对心血管疾病和肠道微生态研究 的深入，心血管疾病和肠道菌群间的相互关系逐渐被认识，为治疗心血管疾病提供了新的方向。本文主要从肠道菌群 失衡角度综述了肠道菌群与高血压、冠心病及心力衰竭的相关性，旨在为进一步探究肠道菌群与心血管疾病的相关机 制提供一定参考依据。

英文摘要：

　The interaction between intestinal flora and human body is related to the pathogenesis of many diseases.In recent years，with the in-depth study of cardiovascular disease and intestinal microecology，the relationship betweencardiovascular disease and intestinal flora has been gradually recognized，which provides a new direction for the treatment ofcardiovascular disease.This paper reviews the relationship between intestinal flora and hypertension，coronary heart diseaseand heart failure from the perspective of intestinal flora imbalance，in order to provide some reference for further exploring therelevant mechanism of intestinal flora and cardiovascular disease.
