铁死亡与心血管疾病关系研究进展

摘要:

 铁死亡属于新的程序性细胞死亡方式,其病理特征是脂质过氧化和铁过载,涉及一系列复杂的调控机 制,包括铁代谢、脂质代谢和氨基酸代谢。近年来铁死亡与癌症和神经退行性疾病的关系已成为研究重点。本文通过 综述铁死亡与心血管疾病的关系发现,铁死亡可参与心肌病、动脉粥样硬化、急性心肌梗死、心肌缺血/再灌注损伤、 心力衰竭、高血压、心律失常和主动脉夹层等心血管疾病的发生发展,提示靶向铁死亡可能是防治心血管疾病的有效 方法。

Abstract:

Ferroptosis is a new form of programmed cell death. Its pathological features are lipid peroxidation and iron overload, involving a series of complex regulatory mechanisms, including iron metabolism, lipid metabolism and amino acid metabolism. In recent years, the relationship between ferroptosis and cancer and neurodegenerative diseases has become the focus of research. This article reviews the relationship between ferroptosis and cardiovascular diseases and finds that ferroptosis can be involved in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases such as cardiomyopathy, atherosclerosis, acute myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmia and aortic dissection, suggesting that targeted ferroptosis may be an effective method for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
