摘要:
目的 探讨基于时间管理的护理模式在行脑血管支架植入术(VSI)的脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方 法 选取2021年3月—2022年3月在连云港市第二人民医院拟行VSI的脑梗死患者62例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者 分为常规护理组和时间管理护理组,每组31例。常规护理组患者接受常规护理干预,时间管理护理组患者接受基于时 间管理的护理模式干预,两组均干预2周。比较两组干预前及干预后3、6个月美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS) 评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMA)评分、Barthel指数、卒中专门生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评分。结果 干预前,两组NIHSS评分和FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后3、6个月,与常规护理组比较, 时间管理护理组NIHSS评分降低,FMA评分升高(P<0.05)。干预前,两组Barthel指数和SS-QOL评分比较,差异 无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后3、6个月,与常规护理组比较,时间管理护理组Barthel指数和SS-QOL评分升高 (P<0.05)。结论 基于时间管理的护理模式对行VSI的脑梗死患者的神经功能、运动功能、日常生活活动能力和生 活质量均具有明显的改善作用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing mode based on time management in brain infarction patients undergoing cerebrovascular stent implantation (VSI) . Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, a total of 62 brain infarction patients who planned to undergo VSI at the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang were selected, and they were divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in group A received routine nursing intervention, and patients in group B received nursing mode intervention based on time management. Both groups were intervened for 2 weeks. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment (FMA) score, Barthel Index and Stroke-Specific Quality of Life (SS-QOL) score were compared between the two groups before intervention and at 3 and 6 months after intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and FMA score between the two groups (P > 0.05) . At 3 and 6 months after intervention, the NIHSS score in group B was lower than that in group A, and FMA score was higher than that in group A (P < 0.05) . Before intervention, there was no significant difference in Barthel Index and SS-QOL score between the two groups (P > 0.05) . At 3 and 6 months after intervention, the Barthel Index and SS-QOL score in group B were higher than those in group A (P < 0.05) . Conclusion The nursing model based on time management can effectively improve the neurological function, motor function, activities of daily living and quality of life of brain infarction patients undergoing VSI.
