基于无创血流动力学监测的妊娠期高血压精准控压策略

摘要:

妊娠期高血压(PIH)发病率高、危害大,在全球范围内备受关注。本文结合现行指南中关于 PIH 降压阈值及降压目标值的争议,PIH 患者血流动力学变化及 PIH 的病因及发病机制等,初步确立了基于无创血流动力学监测的 PIH 精准控压策略的含义,并涵盖无创监测血流动力学指标、科学合理地选择降压药物、准确测量血压等内容,以期为实现个体化、精准控压及改善 PIH 患者母婴结局提供参考。

Abstract:

Pregnancy-induced hypertension has been attacking much attention due to its high morbidity and greatdamage all over the world.This paper preliminarily established the meaning of the precise blood pressure control strategy forPIH based on non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring based on combination of controversy about blood pressure threshold ofinitiating antihypertensive therapy and target value of blood pressure control up to standard,hemodynamic change,etiology andpathogenesis,which mainly involved the non-invasive monitoring of hemodynamic index,scientific and reasonable choice ofantihypertensive drugs,accurate measurement of blood pressure and so on,so as to provide a reference for individual,preciseblood pressure control as well as improving the maternal and child outcomes.
